    Default Cannabis as currency

So, one'll be vague about specifics but specific about the topic: cannabis does get used as currency here and elsewhere. Some people have more cash in currency than they have in government script. It can buy goods and services, and people with more of it than 'money' may get what would otherwise be out of their price range.

What do you think of this practice? Anything.

I have seen this kind of thing here in New Zealand. It is kind of awesome on some level, although because of the legal status it is usually very impractical.

Yes, its use as money really appeals to me. I would rather do a dirty odd job for it, because... hours for government paper are not a problem. Not really in demand. It's hours for what can't be had in stores that appeal. And you're right that it's impractical, but some people find it easier to hold on to smoke than to government paper.
