    Hey man. Try not to pull the substrate up with the mushrooms. Get yourself some little scissors and cut em. Or you can Pinch them off with your fingers part way up the stipe. I know its quicker your way, but it disturbs the mycelium and hinders the development of new mushrooms.

    Agree with nzArtificialPear, if possible, leave the substrate intact. If you do take some substrate with mycelium, then it's always nice to take it to some woodchipped area and pay it forward of course if it's the right type.
    But to answer your question, the one on the second image and the one you're holding in the last image certainly looks like a p. sub.
