Identification Request: large mushrooms
Hi everyone, New here, found some mushrooms on a hike today I thought I would share. Found in Canterbury, NZ.
I'm not particularly concerned if they are active, however, being an avid mushroom eater, I would like to see if these are deadly or if I can cook them up.
If anyone could shed some light that would be great as there are quite a lot more where I found these.
Cheers lads.
Habitat: Growing on a mix of dead wood and rotting vegetation next to pastures in woodland.
* Characteristics of the gills: Same colour as mushroom, attached, open.
* Characteristics of the stem: Varies, 50-100mm, solid, 20mm thick
* Characteristics of the cap: Mixture, from conical to flat, check pictures.

Here are some spore prints, 3 hours later.
Some are a brown/red/cinnamon colour, some are slightly grey.
