    Default Mushroom ID request

    Hi there, could I please get an ID request on these mushrooms?

    * Habitat
    Swim found these in the woods within pine needles, a bit of bark, underneath grassy dead branches and creepers, by tree roots.
    * Characteristics of the gills
    The gills are white and not attached.
    * Characteristics of the stem
    The stems are about 2.5-3.0 centimeters long, darker brown near the bottom of the mushroom and lighter near the cap and are hollow. The stems are quite thin.
    * Characteristics of the cap
    The caps are convex, and vary between dome shaped and slightly convex but mainly dome shaped. They are about half a centimeter in diameter and are darker brown in the center, slightly dimpled, and lighter brown/almost yellow around the edges. The caps are generally spherical (diameter,color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc)
    * Spore print color

    * Color that the mushroom bruises
    Darker brown
    * Scent of the mushroom
    Earthy, general mushroom smell??????
    * Anything else you might find important
    Here's a link to some pictures of the mushrooms in question:
