    Question Possible subaeruginosa

Found these today whilst going for a walk. Pine trees around the area. will upload pics when they ave dried out a bit or if this thread gets any interest. They are very fresh right now so haven't really had a good chance for any blueing.

    Any help appreciated.

Based on your pictures I would err on the side of them not being active. But I am by no means an expert, but do have experience. If no blue bruising is apparent they are not likely active. Subs typically have white stems and cream/brown/tan gills with gold caps when dry. The ones in your pictures are almost too orange (stem&cap). The spore print you're looking out for is brown/black/purple.
