High intensity training. Specifically "body by science's" once per week, 15 minute per week rountinue.

See the first thing people get wrong with calories in, and calories out, is the basal metabolic rate.

You can change your basal metabolic rate, so that your burning more calories even when sitting on the sofa. You do that by increasing muscle mass/strength. All that muscle requires energy maintainence.

The second thing they get wrong is metabolic syndrome. Most people actually have ineffectient fat burning. There's a chemical process that liberates energy from the fat cells, and its made less effecient by the combination of high carb diet, and low exercise. The insulin receptors become de-sensitized, and the liver becomes sluggish.

So yes, energy in, energy out is true. And you get a good caloric deficit doing things like soups and salads.

But there's more to the story - you lower those carbohydrates if you have a fatty abdomen, chances are, you'll lower your insulin resistence. You add a simple 1/week, but quite demanding 15 mins of high intensity, to muscle failure work out, and I guarantee you'll shape up your body some.

Don't waste your money, as with any receptor mediated drug therapy the body will quickly adapt..

Increase exercise, lower calories, have a cheat day every so often as metabolism slows to compensate..

Garcinia Cambogia prevents carb metabolism. Which screws with the gut microbiota. Hoodia is linked to diabetes, liver impairment and more.

I cannot recommend any diet pill, better to just eat low carb and do a 15 minute high intensity workout. Plus it will actually make you healthier and feel good, unlike pills.

Yeah I agree. Slimming pills is not the answer. Try to make time for workout. Even at home.
