    Default Plants containing DMT

Does anyone know of any DMT containing plants(native or exotic) in NZ that are easily attainable? By exotic, I mean readily available from garden centers. Obviously, plants containing a high % of DMT are preferred. The DMT would be extracted by A/B and solvent - there's loads of procedures on the net. Offshore plants high in DMT are some grasses and some Acacia trees(Wattle and Mimosa).

There are lots of Acacia trees around Auckland.
Otherwise you can order various South American DMT containing plant material from various websites

How hard is it to obtain the chemicals needed to extract the DMT from these plants? I've heard it from a few people that it can be quite hard in New Zealand.

Isopropyl alcohol isn't even available for purchase unless you specifically ask somewhere like a pharmacy!

Phalaris arundinacea‏ is a weed in NZ and is easy to find if you know what to look for.

thanks for that info! Acacia maidenii seems to be pretty abundant too, hard to tell these species apart though.

Acacia(Mimosa) seem to be in flower now and easy to spot with their yellow colour. I know where lots are growing but it is only the root bark that contains sufficient DMT. I'll have to take a spade and axe into the waste land where they grow - this naturally causes suspicion. Importing plant material that contains DMT - I don't know which of MAF, border control or customs would fight to get to it first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't know why I thought this grass only grew offshore - perhaps because it is in so much international literature. Shall study further and start gathering when I can identify it in the field. Perhaps I should resow the whole back lawn and then mow it using a catcher.
